Is there a free tier?
Not permanently — but every paid plan ships with a 14-day free trial, no credit card required. You can launch a real storefront, accept test payments, and migrate your catalogue before you ever pay.
What is the AI Copilot?
A copilot that actually runs your store — not a help chatbot. Hit ⌘K from anywhere in the dashboard and ask it in plain English: "how are sales this week", "set up a 10% weekend sale", "publish this product", "restock the blue tee to 50". It reads your live data and, on your confirmation, makes the change. Every action is audited and reversible. It ships on every plan — Grow includes 150 conversations a month, and Pro and up are unlimited and add proactive alerts and automations.
Does Mercentia take a cut of my sales?
0% transaction fees on current plans. You keep 100% of your transaction revenue (minus your payment processor's standard fees, which go to Stripe / Razorpay / Paystack — not to us).
What's the difference between Pro and Business?
Pro is for growing brands with light B2B needs — company accounts, custom price lists, basic net terms. Business unlocks the full B2B stack: request-for-quote workflows, AI-assisted quoting, multi-level approval chains, net terms with credit limits, and multi-warehouse inventory. If you have established wholesale buyers placing structured POs, you want Business.
What happens if I outgrow my plan?
Upgrade in one click — every plan runs on the same platform, so there is no migration. You keep your storefront, your data, your URLs, and your settings. Founding-merchant pricing is locked for the life of your plan even if you upgrade tiers later.
Can I cancel anytime?
